1. Returns Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items, including where you have changed your mind, provided the item is returned unused, in “as new” condition, and with original packaging and labels.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may be excluded from returns for hygiene and safety reasons (for example, items that are unsuitable to return on sanitary grounds).
3. How to Request a Return

- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for return (where applicable)

4. Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If an order cannot be cancelled once it has entered fulfilment, you will need to follow the returns process after delivery.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us and we will arrange an appropriate resolution (such as a replacement or refund), in line with your statutory rights.
